Rania Kfuri is the Founder and Principal Advisor of Mirrorball Advisory, LLC, where she helps mission-driven organizations transform complexity into clarity, alignment, and sustainable growth.
As an organizational strategist with more than 20 years of experience, Rania specializes in helping nonprofits, educational institutions, healthcare organizations, foundations, faith-based organizations, senior living communities, human service agencies, and purpose-driven businesses strengthen the systems that support their mission. She works alongside leaders and teams to document workflows, improve operational efficiency, align cross-functional departments, and build the infrastructure necessary for long-term success.
Throughout her career, Rania has helped organizations connect vision to execution by strengthening the systems, relationships, and leadership practices that drive success. She has guided organizations through periods of growth, transition, and transformation, supporting executive transitions, governance development, cross-functional collaboration, fundraising growth, and organizational alignment. Her work is grounded in the belief that strong organizations are built on clear communication, shared accountability, and well-designed systems.
Rania's approach is rooted in collaboration, connection, and transparency. She believes that operational excellence and community impact are deeply connected, and that when people, processes, and purpose are aligned, organizations are better positioned to advance their mission, strengthen relationships, and create lasting change. Throughout her professional journey, Rania has worked across philanthropy, advancement, marketing, communications, organizational development, and community engagement. Her experience includes leadership roles and partnerships with organizations such as UNESCO, Baystate Health, Zonta International, Smith College, and the Solidago Foundation, providing her with a unique perspective on how organizations can build stronger systems while remaining focused on their mission and values.
Rania holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Communications, Law, Economics & Government (C.L.E.G.) and a Master of Arts in Ethics, Peace & Global Affairs with a specialization in Peace and Conflict Resolution from American University. She is fluent in Arabic and French and brings both a global perspective and a deep commitment to community-centered leadership to her work.
Based in Westfield, Massachusetts, Rania lives with her husband, two daughters, and their dog, Milou. Through Mirrorball Advisory, she partners with organizations locally and nationwide to build stronger systems, stronger teams, and greater impact.
